Tiger IM™ stands for Toolkit and Integrated Guides for Emergency Response Incident Management and is a web-based Command and Control solution. It is designed to address the needs of First Responders and Incident managers to provide a joint common operational picture. The system allows greater flexibility and interoperability between agencies when managing threats or incidents and is a completely modular software solution.

Tiger IM™ provides a holistic approach by using web-based service oriented architecture to produce a single relevant informational display that can be shared by multi-agencies to enhance situational awareness.
