EOD-Frontline
EOD-Frontline is a multi-functional application designed to aid the EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) Operator in their response to all forms of EOD related activity, including: The Direct Task to incidents involving IED/CMD/UXO, through to BCMD or the more considered approach to EOC and ERW. Provides a visible geospatial picture over time; vital to the identification of patterns and trends emerging from the battle space in all theatres of military operation.
Consequence Analysis
The program calculates the predicted hazard area from both conventional or CBRN forms of attack, which is displayed on a map. Points of interest are shown and the threat to each position can be immediately assessed to ensure a life saving response.
Hazard Templates
The software is defaulted to predict the hazard area from blast or fragmentation based on default standards, but can be changed to National Standards. CBRN related hazard templates are Initial Warning templates (depending on choice of model).
Danger/Clearance Areas
This function provides the ability to record danger areas (Explosive Remnants of War (ERW), Mines or UXOs) and conduct surveys of regions.
Sensor Connectivity
This module allows the user to retrieve sensor data and use these for incidents. The system can integrate up to five (5) sensors and two (2) GPS receivers.
NATO EOD Report
EOD-Frontline is designed for managing information on EOD/IED Incidents using the NATO reporting system (STANAG 2221). National standards can also be incorporated.
Force Protection/CIED Planning
Interpretation of incidents over time provides the evidence to develop an effective threat assessment at all levels of command to develop life saving Training, Tactics and Procedures.
Intelligence Fusion
Communications function will allow the transfer of exploitable information to a mutually supportive data collection system.
